Welcome to David Brickman’s Blog

We’re back to everyone’s favorite topic, the wide world of payments and withdrawals.

It seems like it should be simple, a player requests a withdrawal, the money should be processed and sent to them. Today we’ll examine the situation in the US where things are not simple at all…

In the good old days there were a variety of payment options available for US players. Neteller, Click2Pay, Echeck, are just a few of the options that were out there. Players could easily deposit and withdraw funds from the casino and have it back in their account within 24-48 hours.

In today’s times the only way for US players to deposit at the casino is via credit card or UseMyWallet. The casino is unable to process funds back to a credit card which means we must send a check. While some casinos are able to wire money, the fees are enormous and there is no guarantee the money will arrive. If the bank catches on that it is related to gambling they might just confiscate the money.

I’ve said it before and I will say it again. If you live in the US your best deposit option is USeMyWallet. You can find details here http://www.jackpotfactory.com/usemywallet.php  If you have any specific questions please feel free to contact our support team.

Next week we’ll move into Canada and review their banking issues.

The $100,000 Slots Tournament finally came to and dramatic conclusion yesterday. In all, over 10,000 people participated in the semi finals and finals. Our first place winner was Per Magnus S., hails from Norway, and has been with the casino for over 5 years. Second place went to Sheila P. from the US and has been with the casino for just over a month! She missed out on the top prize by just 2000 coins! Third place went to Roberto C. from Italy who has played in over 350 tournaments since September 2007! All in all it was a world class event with players from all over the world. I hope our winners will write in and tell us a little about their experience.

Unfortunately it wasn’t all fun and games with the tournaments. We are aware of some technical issues some of our players experienced. Some players had a hard time opening the software and other players found their reels just kept on spinning. We are working very hard with our software provider, Microgaming, to fix these issues and ensure a positive playing experience for everyone.

Be sure to stay tuned for our next $100,000 Slots Tournament coming up in just a few months!

One of the best ways for players to find a casino is to use a 3rd party reference site which is commonly referred to as an affiliate.

Affiliate websites can be forums, blogs, or just pages and pages of banner advertisements. It helps to get a 3rd party’s opinion on the casino operation and about their support service, games, and payment options. A well respected and long time affiliate partner of ours is Online Casino Suite  where you can find online casino reviews, games reviews, and software provider reviews.

Here’s an excellent example of a casino review done for All Slots Casino, which is the biggest online slots casino.

Like I said, when choosing an online casino it’s important to know who are the reputable and reliable operations. But once you’ve read the All Slots review I am sure you won’t have to look any further!

This is one of the most frequently asked questions I get as the spokesman and VP of Player Affairs.  I wish online casinos had the same ability as land based where players hand in chips and a few seconds later walked away with some cash. Unfortunately in the online world things aren’t so simple.

Most online casinos work with a 3rd party payment provider who processes financial transaction for them. Processing is a specialized industry and many online casinos simply can’t do the work themselves. So already online casinos are starting two steps back because they are working with 3rd party providers. Once you involve a 3rd party, no matter how competent they might be, there is room for miscommunications and mistakes.

Tomorrow I’ll delve into the payment side of things and explain why everything is so complicated!

Important Casino issues

My latest crusade to make the Jackpot Factory Casino group the most approachablae and player friendly casino on the net has got me some interesting reading material.

I emailed a few hundred of our new players asking them what was the single most important issue for them, why they would keep/stop playing with us.

The funny thing is I have been in this industry for nearly 6 years and not much has changed. The overwhelming marjoity of players responded by saying that excellent support service and quick payments were at the top of their list of the most important things in an online casino.

You might say, if I’ve known this all along why don’t we have the best support and fastest payouts?! Sounds simple right? I’ll be commenting on that during my next few posts later this week.

Hot weekend games!

Couch Potato and Hitman were this weekends hottest games topping off with $18,000 and $16,000 single payouts!

Remember that the $100,000 tournament is open every day with a free semi final round. Be sure to win your way into the finals where one lucky winner will walk away with the $50,000 top prize.

Hottest game this week!

Here’s an insider view of the hottest casino games this week.

Break da Bank Again is by far and away the hottest game of the week. In just the last 7 days it’s paid out over $500,000! This game is really loose so be sure to cash in while you can.

While it’s been surpassed in popularity by the second version, the original Tomb Raider is really heating up the casino floor and has also paid out over $500,000 in the last 7 days.

I recommend staying away from the progressive slot Mega Moolah and Celtic Crown. Both of those games have been ice cold this week with very few big winners.

If you have your own hot tips please feel free to share them.

Tournament tips…

I’ve got some hot tips for those of you who have played in our $100,000 slots tournament. If you didn’t make it into the top 50 scores and win an entry to the finals, remember to check out our rebuy feature. For just $4 you can replay your tournament and shoot for a higher position in the scoreboard.

But what if my second score is lower than my first? Not to worry…. Only the highest score gets saved!

So far the tournament has been a resounding success with over 5000 people taking to the reels for a chance to win the big $50,000 prize. So even if you’ve already had a spin, use the rebuy feature and move up in the standings today!

Well it’s been a long tiring week for me and the staff at Jackpot Factory. We’re well into our 2nd week of the $100,000 free slots tournament and so far it’s going great! Thousands of players have tried to spin their way into the finals where someone will win $50,000 cash.

I received a nice amount of letters from players from all over the world! Most people want to know about payout percentages, banking options, and what are the hottest games in the casino.

I am looking forward to a nice relaxing weekend!
