We had a great time jumping around with some kangaroos… we even got to feed some of the little ones! It’s summer in Sydney so the weather is absolutely amazing. Today we’re off to Bondi Beach, which is considered world famous.
As far as news from the home front, I’ve heard 5 Reel Drive and Thunderstruck are on a payout streak… make sure to get in on the action while they are still hot!
Happy New Year from Down Under!

We’ve arrived in Sydney…
After traveling for what felt like 2 weeks we arrived safely in Sydney and I have to say it is beautiful here. We’re staying with some relative overlooking the harbor and the view is spectacular. We were welcomed with a traditional Australian feast… barbeque and beer!
Today we’re going to take some time to see some native wildlife- Koalas and Kangaroos.
Happy holidays!
Going on vacation!
I am off on vacation for the next 2 weeks to visit some family on my wife’s side in Australia! It’s my first visit so I am quite excited for the trip. I’ll be posting regular updates regarding our trip and the casino’s during my time off. I asked the good people at Jackpot Factory to keep me informed so I can stil update the public even while I am away.
I’ll be checking in the blog and Facebook from time to time so please feel free to keep in touch. Happy holidays to everyone!
Comments from a winner – keyster1369
I had the pleasure to talking to keyster1369, the top winner our $100,000 Slots Tournament! Needless to say he was quite excited about it and said “It could not have come at a better time” Apparently it was also a “nail biting experience” and he kept his eye on the leader board from when he hit the top until the whole thing was over!
I’ve asked keyster1369, to pop in and talk about this amazing win with everyone. Hopefully we’ll get some personalized comments from him soon.
Our most sincere congratulations to keyster1369!
December’s hottest
It’s been a while since I last updated you on what’s hot and what’s not:
December’s most popular games were Snow Honey and Thunderstruck - both having paid out over a million dollars this month! Isis has been cold for the last few days. Well, it is December after all, isn’t it?
Come on everyone- warm up and share your favorite games with us!
Announcing our tournament winners!

The Jackpot Factory is dedicated to bringing you even more exciting online tournaments, and we can only improve with your help! I would love to hear feedback from our players on what they liked, didn’t like and what they’d like to see done differently next time.
Let the comment s begin!
One day left!
I am giving fair warning… there is only one day left to join the $100,000 slots tournament. Our current leader is keyster1369, and hails from Winona Minnesota. We’re hoping some more players will join in and provide and exciting photo finish!
I’ll be posting all the final details tomorrow as soon as the tournament is over. If you’ve got some last minute advice for slots players please feel free to chime in!
Turn $100 into $50,000!
How many of our faithful readers managed to win themselves a top spot in the $100,000 slots tournament? If you haven’t no need to worry. You can still buy your way in for just $100. Remember, the top prize is $50,000! Not a bad return for a lucky winner.
So far we have 1100 people participating in the final so the odds of being the lucky one are fairly good. Too bad Jackpot Factory employees are not allowed to play! The competition ends at midnight GMT on Monday, December 17th , so there is plenty of time to get some practice in J
If anybody has some special tips they wish to share please feel free to write in. Once the tournament is over we can start the debate whether or not slots is a game of luck or a game of skill.
Good luck to everyone!
Update on US banking
I have been getting numerous requests to go into some more details on what is happening on the US banking side. Currently, many players are still able to deposit successfully using credit cards at the jackpot Factory. Another method is choice is a prepaid visa, Netspend.
I would like to remind all our players that when depositing with credit card, your only withdrawal option is check, which can take up to 30 days to receive. We are working with our processor to shorten those timelines but it’s still the reality today.
A more convenient method for US players is Use My Wallet. It’s a simple web-wallet which can be funded through bank transfers or credit cards. If you’d like to open a Use My Wallet account you can get in touch with our support team at support@jackpotfactory.com
Unfortunately there isn’t much positive news to date in reference to the outstanding withdrawals from February. The banks are still in negotiations to retrieve the funds and we are doing everything we can to speed up this process. I know it’s a frustrating situation for players who are waiting and all I can say is that this hasn’t dropped off our radar.
In general the situation in the US seems to have stabilized which is great news for all US based players. I’ll go into some more of the legal and legislation issues during a future post…
Calling all Facebook members!
So it seems I might have jumped the gun a little with this whole Facebook. thing! So far I haven’t had too many contacts from the casino world. Maybe nobody wants to be friends with a casino spokesman?
But I am not one who is easily deterred. As the spokesman I think it’s important to keep a visible profile and be available for players to contact me both formally and informally. It might sound like corporate hot air but we at the Jackpot Factory truly believe as an online casino we need to be as approachable as possible. People need to know they are playing at a reputable and trustworthy establishment who won’t disappear at the first sign of trouble.
Anyway, look me up on Facebook.… David Brickman. You’ll know which one I am!
