Welcome to David Brickman’s Blog

Archive for March, 2008

I don’t usually like to discuss general promotion events on this space but this is far more than some promotional event. This is the biggest free online slots tournament ever. One lucky winner will walk away with $50,000!

All you have to do is download and play at All Slots or All Jackpots and look for the $100K tournament in the software. There is a semi final every day during April in which players can win a seat into the grand final which starts at the beginning of May.

Good luck to everyone!

My new email inbox!

Until now most people reached me via the press@jackpotfactory.com email address. I didn’t really get too many private messages from players and most of the people in contact with me were media channels, PR companies and the like.

Well, I am happy to report that I will now be available “privately” for players to contact me directly. I can be reached at davidb@jackpotfactory.com I kindly ask that if you’re getting in touch with me it’s not to ask for a password or bonus! We do have a fantastic support team to handle those issues. I am more than happy to have people write in about issues they’ve experienced with us, giving feedback on our service or promotions, or when they feel that the casino hasn’t dealt with them in a fair manner.

Since I am still occupied on the PR side, I kindly request everyone’s patience in terms of responses. I will do my best to respond to everyone within 48 hours.

Looking forward to hearing from everyone.

My new position…

It’s been a fairly hectic week for me in my new position. A few more people have been in touch with me via email or on Facebook and I am trying to slowly build a relationship with each and every one of them. It’s really important for me to hear feedback firsthand from people who are playing in our casinos and involved in this industry.

I am still doing some PR work but thankfully there is a great staff here to back me up. I am going to try and enjoy a nice relaxing weekend!

Tomb Raider has now passed the $3 million payout mark! The biggest payouts seem to have come when people place $5 – $10 a spin. While we have some high rollers going for big payouts at $30, $50 and even $60 a spin, so far the big hits just hasn’t come. My suggestion is stick with the low limits until this game loosens up a bit.

During the past 48 hours we’ve had a few players hit some nice sized payouts. Tony E. hit a payout of $1,200 on just a $3 bet!

I’ll keep everyone updated on the results from this new game which is now the most popular game at the Jackpot Factory Casino Group.

Exciting personal news!

Although I am not officially supposed to announce this yet I just can’t contain myself! Right before the weekend I was notified by the management of the Jackpot Factory Casino Group that I would be getting an upgrade to my position. Starting this week I am going to become the Vice President of Player Affairs!

So what exactly does this mean?  A large part of my job as the spokesman has been dealing with individual issues that players bring up either with support or casino management. I have always been a believer in doing everything and anything to help the customer.  Well  it was finally decided this would become an official position with the organization. I’ll still be involved on the PR side and retain the title of spokesman but I will concentrate a lot of my efforts on helping provide the best all around player experience any casino has to offer.

If you have specific issues you’d like me to look into or think are important please bring them up!  The official announcement will come in a few days….

Faster than almost another other game in history, Tomb Raider 2 has crossed the $2 million mark for payouts! While the game is getting a lot of attention there are some other super hot games in the casino that everyone should know about…Cashville is really on fire and paid out $25,000 to Gordon J. just last week.  Thunderstruck has had some lucky winners, including Michelle B. who won  $12,000!

My recommendation is to stay clear of Harveys and Snow Honeys for the time being. Both of them are ice cold as of yesterday. Although I suppose if you are a risk taker you might want to try your luck and see if you get heat things up there!

Check out our latest press release.  We’re working with a new provider that has some amazing features including an audio version of the promotions.

Let me know what you think!

Why I love Facebook!

A few days ago I got a friend invitation for someone who has been playing at our casino’s for over 2 years! It was really exciting to “meet” this person out of the usual casino environment plus hear some feedback from them. This luck player actually was a winner in one of our big monthly promotions a few years ago and walked away with $2,000!

So once again, if you’re out there on Facebook and are interested in chatting it up with a casino spokesman just look for David Brickman!

Tomb Raider 2 updates…

Tomb Raider 2 launched two days ago across the Jackpot Factory and the response has been amazing. We’ve had thousands of players taking a spin so far and have paid out over $750,000 in just 2 days. This game is hot!

If anybody out there has had a chance to take a spin I’d love to hear some feedback!

Enjoy the weekend everyone…

Today is the day everyone has been waiting for. We are launching Tomb Raider 2. You can check it out at any Jackpot Factory casino. I’ll be sure to update everyone who the lucky winners are on this new slot game. Our technical team is working on updating the software and the game should appear shortly.

In other news, the competition is heating up with the 21 trivia contest. We’ve got over 700 entries in just 4 days! Be sure to answer the questions here for a chance to win the grand prize. If you’re feeling generous pass it along to your friends to give them a chance to win too!
