This is one of the most frequently asked questions I get as the spokesman and VP of Player Affairs.  I wish online casinos had the same ability as land based where players hand in chips and a few seconds later walked away with some cash. Unfortunately in the online world things aren’t so simple.

Processing is a specialized industry and many online casinos simply can’t do the work themselves.
