For those of you out there who thought the US banking regulations would be cleared up soon I’ve got news for you… it hasn’t!
Many of our US players are still experiencing rejections when depositing with credit cards.
I would like to repeat that for US based customers your best option for depositing and withdrawing is still UseMyWallet. For information please see http://www.jackpotfactory.com/banking.php .
Our Customers Support team is more than happy to assist you in opening an account by walking you through the process.
I certainly hope we’ll see some resolution for these issues in the near future. Europe is going through a period of regulation across many nations and hopefully the US will follow its lead and do the same.

Just wanted to put out a positive note for a change! I just made my first withdrawal from All Jackpots (have never made enough to withdraw until now!) and I am using QuickTender (UseMyWallet). My money is already there (after 2 days) and I am making my transfer into my bank account from there (hoping that there won’t be any problems with that transaction).
So..wanted to put out a “Thanks” to the casino for their wonderful support–I’m enjoying my play time and winnings!

Today, for the first time, my debit card was refused at allslots. I went through the process of a mywallet account, however, my bank is refusing to fund it, too. At this point in time, I am unable to fund my account, thanks to US banking regulations.

Valarie: Thanks for the positive feedback! I hope it will convince other players to use alternative methods as well. Glad you were able to have some winnings with us!
Connie: Please be in touch with our support team at support@jackpotfactory.com They can assist you with opening an account and funding it.

I had my first major win in 3 years this weekend on Thunderstruck at the VIP Lounge. Certainly the first since the US regulations created such a hassle for withdrawals and deposits. I am anxious to see if my withdrawals will happen this time and how long it will take. The last time I tried a withdrawal back in 2006, it couldn’t be processed. I’m really curious to see if things are better. At least Valarie’s comments give me hope!
Connie – I have to use VISA gift cards for deposits as my ATM sometimes get rejected, too. So far the VISA giftcard works well – the MASTERCARD giftcard does not work.
