Here is some fresh news straight form our financial department. In the coming days, when a US player makes a deposit, the amount billed to their card and shown in their statement will be for $0.01 - $0.05 less than the credits you deposited into your casino account. For example, if you deposit $50, you’ll receive 50 credits to play in your casino account but your card statement will show only $49.99 charged for the transaction.
Why the change? Apparently it’s been done to improve the success rate of the deposits at the casino. I hope this will provide our US players with a somewhat smoother experience when it comes to making deposits.
For the time being, despite the legislation, the US markets keeps on ticking…

This is great US players can now make deposits at jackpot factory but why the heck would I want to make a deposit if I can’t withdrawal funds, if i do win. I have been waiting since February for a 1,000 dollars withdrawal I made. This is ridiculous! Every time I call it is the same run around and I haven’t seen any improvement since I first called March. It seems to me that I should be recurring some late charges or penalty fees from Jackpot Factory. I certainly know that if I owed someone money 8 months ago and still haven’t given them a dime I would be in a lot of trouble. Can you help me out David? How can the money possibly be tied up for this long?????

I’m with you Donnie. I have also been waiting for a $1600 withdrawal since Feb and I keep getting the same response “You will receive your money we just don’t know when”. I have always enjoyed The Jackpot Factory Group and have had many great experiences with All Jackpots Casino, but since this happened I feel the casino doesn’t really care weather we get our money or not. No one ever contacts me to let me know what’s going on. The only time I get a response is if I e-mail them and then it’s always the same reply(see above). Can someone please figure this out ASAP and get the money owed to the loyal patrons who have spent thousands of dollars at your casinos.

I Agree I have been waiting to! If I made a deposit and made you wait 8 months for your money “because the bank is holding it” you would not let me play on your site and I to wish they would respond to this besides “our fincial department is working very hard on this” - If I had to work this hard with no results for 8 months I would be FIRED - Hopefully someone will repond but I see no one has as of yet
