As a US player i was totally frustrtated for about a month, i could not play at all with any visa card. Suddenly my bank visa card began working and i have not had any problems since, I have spent too much money this month and have not won and then i read the comments about US players waiting a year to get paid, that really scares me. Our country is so screwed up I would move if I could afford it. We cant legally gamble online, but we can drive to tribal casinos and play. We have no health care for our citizens and still make this claim we are the best and greatest country in the world, feed me bs and keep me in the dark like a mushroom, please…………..

i play at about 20 different casinos and poker sites and used use my bank a lot . not anymore since thenew verification process. the problem i have is my visa only allows a certain amount of cash transactions a day ,but unlimited purchases if the casinos made thier ctrdit card transactions purchases not cash transactions like partycasino does it would elimenated this problem.

Hi its really good to know that the US gamers have you guys trying so hard to help us with this ridiculus online gaming situation with the government going on. I am so bothered by this because we are told that our Country is of Freedom (only when its ok with Big Brother) we are told that in our country everybody has a chance to become wealthy (again, only when they say ok) But we are told where and when we can spend our money that we work for no matter what kind of work the fact is we work for it and we are taxed on it to boot. But, a credit card company can decline you because of this stupid law. But what is the kicker! Is that I can purchase a prepaid Visa with my money CASH not credit or check but cash and charge an additional $4.95 - $10.00 for the is card and then pay local tax on that, to get online and be declined because of some stupid law that says US cannot wager via telephone nor mail. This the Act in when JFK was in office was made, but, Im not placing a wager per say and not calling to do it I am using my money and doing it online, since then the senate has amended the Act to Online gambling, so it can now be suited to the technology of today. I think that someones Kid got online Lied about his age and used Mommy and Daddys credit card got indebt and the parents having the clout used it when they should have just put a limited usage on the damn computer and disciplened the brat not the US citizen because the brat has probably spent well over what myself and all other US players have spent at casinos just on Starbucks and Cybercafes not to mention the Hooka bars within these past few years. usemybank has been back up and running without any issues for a few months now.the verification process is quick and easy,and they will be introducing,any day now, a little thing to plug into your puter,so u can swipe a card and it will be a like a debit card transaction,like paying with interac. they will send you the equipment required.until then,u can deposit with them,and the funds are instant into the casino,and come out of your bank within a day or 2,thats the only difference between how it was,and how it is now.before,it came out of your bank in real time. also,there are no more fees from the bank for 1.50 as it is no longer an email transfer.lastly there support dept is much improved too.before it was virtually impossible to get a live support person,now u do,and if u dont,they will get back to u within a reasonable time.so ive been using usemybank for depositing wherever possible.

As the 21 days turn into 30 days and then into another 30 days after the checks are cancelled, my question is this: Why do online casinos, as yourself, even allow the US government to control and tell you what to do. You’re not in the US. You’re overseas and should not even care what the US government is telling you. Sending a Fedex overnight or depositing through ACH should strictly be a business transaction between the player and the casino. The government doesn’t make rules to you about our deposits which are instantaneously, so why should you care about THEIR rules for withdrawals. I’m beginning to believe it’s got nothing to do with the US government, but it’s strictly a ploy on the casinos end to make us wait for OUR money.

Just send it…..Why let them get involved??????

Is there anymore news about the withdrawls that are held up from last February?
It is coming up on a year now and still nothing.
