I wish I could come here and talk about all the progress being made on US banking situation but the reality is that things are moving slowly. Industry insiders were sure that numerous company’s would prop up to fill the void left by Neteller, Instadebit and the like, but it seems there are very few options left for US players. Longtime online gamers remember when PayPal shut their doors to the online casino industry and within months Neteller was flourishing and serving the community well. However, things are a little different this time around. Most mainstream company’s are really afraid of starting up with the US government and the smaller company that are willing to take risks are simply not reliable enough for online casinos to trust. As a casino operator we take player security quite seriously and simply can’t work with “shady” payment options.
So what’s left for our US player base? First of all, we still have an ability to process your standard VISA cards. Yes, some players get rejected but if you try enough your transaction should go through. Additionally we have a direct relationship with a very reliable e-wallet and can open new accounts for US players with them on a case-by-case basis. As I mentioned in previous posts, if you are a US players and would like to explore this option please send an email to our support team.
Finally, I was encouraged by an article in the New York Post by Congressmen Steve Israel and Peter King, the cosponsors of the proposed Internet Gambling Regulation and Enforcement Act, which will hopefully repeal the Unlawful Internet Gambling Enforcement Act. I think it is required reading by all online players, not just Americans. Click here to read the article.
I hope to have more updates on the US banking situation in the coming weeks. I am happy to report that there is a whole new industry springing up dealing solely with US processing. All I can say to our US players is hang in there!

David, if the casino is able to issue a standard check for withdrawals why has my withdrawal been held up since February. Any info would be great.
Thanks

David, I agree with Noelle says above, why is my withdrawal being held up since February especially when I have received my withdrawals from other online sites??? It would be great if you can try to explain why, thank you

Dear David ~
The above 2 responses are not encouraging at all for p-rospective new customers for the Jackpot Factory Casinos.
What is the answer to them?
Checks REALLY held up that long?????
Thanks.

Noelle & Kathy: The issue with February withdrawals is a little more complicated that just sending a check. We released the withdrawals to our processor and they in turn sent it to the banks. What happened was one of the banks in turn found out the money was related to online gaming and froze the funds. Technically, we had “paid” the players since it’s the bank that has kept the money. Having said that, we have been fighting to retrieve this money since February. As I have said before the Jackpot Factory will not rest until every single player gets their money. I know this “battle” with the banks has been going on for a while. I am not at liberty to disclose all the details but I am confident we’ll be able to retrieve a least part of the funds in the near future and will be able to send the funds again through a different method.
Bobbie: I hope the above explains why people have been waiting for such a long time. In general all our players receive all their winnings in a timely manner. Due to new US banking regulations there are sometimes delays but we work very hard to ensure they are kept to a minimum.

I am a canadian player and as well we cannot use neteller and all the popular options.
I requested an ATM card today from suppport and they said they only offer it to select players. Why can’t I get one? What are the qualifications?
Thanks,
Glen

I have tried to contact support at alljacks thru email about the new ewallet solution but have not recieved a response. I recieved an email yesterday that said if I was interested to email support. Do your emails go unanswered? What’s taking so long to get a reply?

The bank may have froze the funds, but why should your players have to suffer those consequences? The bank has froze your funds, not the players funds. You should have paid them by some other means while you sorted this issue out with the bank. In my opinion, those players have not been “technically” paid…you might be able to say technically they were paid if they had received a check but were unable to cash it…You have the means to pay them and you should pay them all while waiting for “your” funds to be un-froze.

Curtis: I suggest trying one of our toll free numbers. If you are in the US it’s: 1-866-517-1404. Sometimes there are problems with email delivery ude to ISP spam filters. Your safest bet (no pun intended) is to call.

I have called and email 5 times to request last name be removed from the website - no one ever responded and my full name is still here - maybe this will get someone’s attention

Kathy: I have updated your previous post. It no longer reflects your full name.

Hi,
I just wanted to say that I received 2 checks in the last couple of months. It took an average of 3 weeks from when I cashed out but I did receive them with no problem. Just wanted to let you know that the VIP Lounge is great!

I HAVE POSTED ON MULTIPLE POSTINGS NOW AND NONE OF THOSE POSTS ARE SHOWING WHY IS THERE NEVER A RESPONSE TO MY MESSAGES AND WHY DO THEY KEEP GETTING FILTERED?

Thank you for taking my last name out

David I do agree with Kimberly - how much longer do we have to wait for our money - also I am still waiting for withdrawals from July from All Slots and VIP - what is taking so long on these withdrawals - It seems that when I make a deposit on your sites it takes approx 24 hours for it to show up, so why does it take so long to get it back????

Noelle and Kathy. I am also waiting for more than $5800 since February from the jackpotfactory. I am hesitant about playing here again until I receive this long awaited withdrawal. I have been assured by jackpotfactory customer service I will receive withdrawal by check if I continue to play at their casinos. Have either of you continued to play after not receiving their February withdrawal and successfully received payment?? Thanks, Ray

Ray, I have not depositied any money since this happened I am still waiting for my Feb. withdrawal also. I would love to play but until I receive my withdrawal I don’t feel comfortable depositing money and having this happen again. They have also told me that this was a rare problem and if I win I would have no problem reciving my money. I’m sorry but that is not reassuring. If I receive my withdrawal I would be willing to take another chance because I do like All Jackpots, but not until I receive my Feb. withdrawal.

I couldn’t understand some parts of this article Update on US banking, but I guess I just need to check some more resources regarding this, because it sounds interesting.

I too am waiting for a February withdrawal. However, I have played since then and have received withdrawals through EcoCard with no issue.
Of course, now EcoCard is no longer an option but it seems to be as the casino says…it is the bank. I agree that the players shouldn’t have been left holding the bag…its been 7 months but I do think they are doing what they can to get the funds released.
It would be nice if the casino paid us since they are so sure they will get the funds released. That’s the only part that leaves me doubtful.

Kandce, I play on other sites and they all had the same problem with USA banking rules and JACKPOT FACTORY is the only one that has not paid me, I have been a VIP member for years but when it comes to something like this and I have not won like I use to on Jackpot Factory and VIP Lounge Casino, I do not feel I should be very loyal to them and I am extremly upset over the slow payout since February when all other sites were able to straighten it out and made payments to there members.

after reading about not getting your withdrawals, I’m a little more hesitant to play..before the gaming laws for the US put a damper on things, I used to play a whole lot..never winning big tho, but now after reading the comments..I’m a little concerned…before vip lounge was so kind and sent me gifts and promos and surprises…I’ve started palying again and found I am not winning hardley at all…seems all the macnine have gone cold..I sincerely hope not, I love playing at VIP LOUNGE.!!!
September 28th, 2007 at 5:09 am
Yes Jayme I agree. All the machines have gone cold, not just for a week or two but since this whole February withdrawal issue. Coincidence?? I am beginning to wonder. I have decided to stay away.

Why is my comment nstill awaiting moderation after a week????
