So it seems I might have jumped the gun a little with this whole Facebook. thing! So far I haven’t had too many contacts from the casino world. Maybe nobody wants to be friends with a casino spokesman?
But I am not one who is easily deterred. As the spokesman I think it’s important to keep a visible profile and be available for players to contact me both formally and informally. It might sound like corporate hot air but we at the Jackpot Factory truly believe as an online casino we need to be as approachable as possible. People need to know they are playing at a reputable and trustworthy establishment who won’t disappear at the first sign of trouble.
Anyway, look me up on Facebook.… David Brickman. You’ll know which one I am!

Hi David,
Any new info about the withdrawls that have been held up since Feburary? I’m starting to think that I’ve been robbed the money that I fairly won.

Hi Donnie,
My recent post referred to your question.
To quote myself: :)
“Unfortunately there isn’t much positive news to date in reference to the outstanding withdrawals from February. The banks are still in negotiations to retrieve the funds and we are doing everything we can to speed up this process. I know it’s a frustrating situation for players who are waiting and all I can say is that this hasn’t dropped off our radar. ”
So - we are still checking the pulse on that..
All the best,
David
