i am a vip player here,however.to be quite honest,i dont feel like a vip player anymore.in the beginning,yes i did, got lots of perks and ongoing things that a vip player would get,and i do get consistently elsewhere,and altho i have brought this to their attention many times,nothing has ever been done to rectify the situation.so its left me feeling like just a number,just a depositor,nobody special. ive told them many times what i get or receive as a vip at the other site im at,and can provide proof,but shouldnt have to.ive spent alot of money here,and would like to have that vip *feeling* back again.i dont play here as often,because of this.

Well i played the game today for the first time,but wasn’t very lucky. It seems to be a little like loaded with the 3 choices once you get the free spins it definately as potential so I will definfately play again when I can.

THIS IS TO ROSALIND WHO WROTE ON THE 8TH OF FEBRUARY: I AGREE WITH YOU 100% I HAVE BEEN A VIP WELL OVER 1 1/2 YEARS THE PERKS WERE SO OUTSTANDING AND I REALLY FELT SPECIAL I HAVE ONLY PLAYED AT 1 OTHER GROUP OF CASINOS AND NOT NEAR THE MONEY I HAVE HERE AND I GET MANY BIG BONUSES FOR NOT EVEN PLAYING AND I GET WEEKEND MATCH DEPOSITS EVERY WEEKEND ( 40% TO 100% )AND THEY GO TO WASTE FOR I SPEND MY MONEY HERE! I agree with you all! I have spent an awful lot of money here, without much luck either and the perks seem to have disappeared. To be honest, I get better perks in Vegas, free Hotel & Meals! Plus I win over there! The Staff is excellent and helpful! Dave, you should tell us the weekly Hot games. Other casinos do! Also, where do I find out who the Big Winners are for the week or month and what games were they playing?

I fully agree with both players here… I’m also VIP player, love the microgaming slots, and the outstanding support and services Alljackpot casino gives…so big thumbs up for that, i have around 150 casino accounts, and must say the only place i continue playing (and loosing my money hehe) is here at Alljackpot Casino (also VIP Casino) as i feel it is the best place only, and safe qquick payments.
I also feelt speciel in the start and was overwhelmed about nice emails in the start and some presents with the mailman now and then, but its like it passes away, not the same anymore, and also found out that its nothing really speciel thing to be a VIP player, thought you could only be it if you spend a lot of money or are faithfull to your casino, play regular etc…. i feel like a little bit more speciel VIP speciel care would be apriciated, as the casino earns billions a year and mostly on us (VIP players)…..
Soon my birthday 21 feb. :) hopefully stil a chance for a present despite some negative comments ;o)

Also was a bit dissapointed about the Gala Premiere email thought,at least it would be like a free VIP ticket, for the lounge hehe (like some free spins), even if it was only 1 spin or 10 ;)

firstly thanks for posting my feelings,it shows alot about the site,that u will even show the negative views,for that,i am impressed. and for kandace, yes i too am glad im not the only one feeling that way.. the other site i play at,i get ongoing bonus’ and 100% match bonus each and every weekend to 500 which is what a vip should get. im not ungrateful either,but if my choice is for a 15% match or 100%,im obviously going to go where i can stretch my funds the furthest.it can and should be done here for the vips as well.again,thanks david for posting my views.much appreciated.

I’m wondering if anyone can post their experience in becoming a VIP. What does it take? I’m assuming you have to be a big bucks player for some time before being invited.

I have to add my voice to the disillusion & disappointment here, and I’ve been a player at 4 of your casinos for several years now.
I deposited over $1300 on Thursday & Friday at VIP Lounge alone, spending the first few hundred specifically on the new VIP slot. Hey, I wanted to see what it would do & thought it might be fun. Not so. I was very disappointed with the playback. During the first $200-400 I never even saw the bonus round. I left it for several hours and played other games, then went back to it. This time I was at least able to see a bonus round, but the overall playback was still very disappointing and I left it for good. (You’d think they’d want a new slot to impress people….)
I consoled myself by thinking I’d get a bonus back this week from the contest they were having with it…. ahhh, but that’s not to be either.
After not receiving the expected bonus in my account all day Monday, you can’t imagine how irritated I was when I entered my account number in at the JFLounge, to see where I stood in the contest, only to be told my account was INELIGIBLE for the contest! HUH???????
I have no idea why it’s telling me I was ineligible for the contest, so I went back & checked the timing of my deposits. Although I deposited more than enough during the actual contest hours, it’s possible I didn’t play the required $200 during the specific hours. Silly me…. When I saw everything saying it was running from “Thursday to Sunday” I forgot to check to see that it really wasn’t on THURSDAY, only that NIGHT.
Neither have I received an “Enigma” bonus. What does it take for you people to reward players these days?? I think I’ll find another Microgaming casino to do my major playing at.

I have been a VIP for some 3 years now. I used to get things like a robe and slippers ( still wear them proudly) cake on my birthday and MANY more bonuses than i am currently getting. this year they totally forgot my birthday and i play on this site religiously day after day for years on end now. the gifts have stopped, the bonuses which were over 100 have gone down to 10 and im just not getting that loving feeling any more.
When you people had the first US banking issues, i spent HOURS AND HOURS to figure out how to deposit and called you repeatedly to let you know of my progress. for this i got a big 0 from the company, i gave detailed information to “James” who im sure took all the credit and i didnt get even a thank you letter.
I adore this site, my winning ratio has gone down to just about nothing, and i agree with an earlier reader who states that he gets more for his buck in vegas~
I was in vegas last week FULLY COMPED for a suite for 10 days, all meals, all shows and i felt like a somebody. my host would find me in the casino and ask how i was doing, fruit baskets in the room every day just to name a few of the perks.
I am a firm beleiver that you need to look at your promotions department very carefully and realize how many players you are going to lose because of this. I for one will be searching elsewhere to spend my hard earned money in which i deposit multiple times daily~

I agree with everyone about VIP bonuses. I also am a VIP and we get nothing. I just had a birthday at the end of January and not even a card. I play at other casinos also and on my birthday I was sent alittle something to play with.Just this week a casino sent mee 500 credits because they want me back. I may go back.

Wow, I thought I was the only one feeling “not like a VIP”….and I have voiced this several times and felt like I was a “nobody” many times!!! I too, have spent thousands of dollars in the VIP Lounge and after the “honeymoon” stage wore off, it was back to being just a number or customer! It is very disappointing and I too, have found that I get better treatment at other casinos where I have not spent near the amount of money that I have spent here….and so the incentives have been to play elsewhere! It really is too bad because I love the Jackpot Factory casinos….I to two boxes of chocolates from other casinos that I don’t play at regularly at all….so thanks everyone for being vocal…I don’t feel alone anymore!!!

I have to agree with everyone on the VIP bonuses and gifts. Just got back from Mohegan Sun and Foxwoods Casinos for 4 days and everything was a comp. From the suite, food, spa, salon and a Match box 20 concert as well as slot bonuses at both. To top it off I won $8,000 on a royal flush. I came back to see if I had any bonuses from the weekend and zip nothing how depressing!!!

Yes, Were is the VIP treatment??? I play here a lot, and have only received a robe and some slippers one time. Nothing else? It would be nice if gifts were mailed to the VIP players. When I go to Vegas or Tunica they allow me to pick anything out of the gift shops that I won’t at no charge. Jackets jewerly etc. I do like the jackpot factory, and will continue to do most of my bussiness with them.

Thank-You to every one for their comments, I too thought I alone in not getting the same treatment and I have been triple digit player since the beginning(because I have a handicapped child and cannot easely leave my home)I have played so long that my vip number is one of the first ones. I hane won lot of jackpots including 2 10.000 ones but belive I have out thousands more in. I too no longer get the personal feeling and other casinos have sent me more comps with just minimal play but this casino will always be my first love and they deserve perks for not cutting out on U.S Players like some other
