So I disappeared yet again from the blog scene but this time it was for a really worthy cause!
I have been pitching in on the launch of the PCM system. As described in my previous post, this allows us to interact with players live on the fly within the casino software.
In general the reaction has been fairly positive although some people did complain that they felt like big brother was watching them. It’s not so much we’re watching you to keep track of you, more like we’re trying to stand by and assist when we see people are running into problems.
