A little advice for our US players… Open any alternative payment account that you can.
You know how they say all the good news goes down at the coffee machine? Well, I just made myself a cappuccino and overheard a finance manager on the phone with a bank. From what I was able to make out she said that several options will stop accepting applications from Americans in the next few days. However – and this is why this is important – some of them might continue to provide service to current customers. So if you’re in, you’re in!
We’ve all been watching as the payment options for the US dwindles down to a select few. So my advice – move quickly and get yourself on as many alternative payment options now.

I am a member of EcoCard, but have not used it I find it confusing and in all probability never use it, why can’t there be a prepaid giftcard option? There are to many fees involved with EcoCard, from 14.95 for using Western Union, to the fees at Ecocard, please look into prepaid phone cards like other Casino sites

Rachel,
Thanks for your comments. We are aware of some of the issues EcoCard customers experience and we have brought it to their attention. In reference to alternative methods, we like to rely on payment options that are 100% secure to protect our players and ourselves.

What sites allow a prepaid card? Could somebody tell me how that works as well?
July 11th, 2007 at 4:57 am
Please consider the prepaid phone cards
us players can go out and purchase them
for cash….no bank involved.I;ve used it at another casino and it works very well. however I like your casino better. I love
alljackpots however I have not been able to deposit for over 2 weeks. I have an eco card account and used it once to withdraw with many fees. do not want to have to contact my bank to transfer funds there for deposit. tks

Thanks to everyone for their comments. We are going to be in touch with Ecocard to try and smooth out some of these issues. We are aware of some of the issues EcoCard customers experience and we have brought it to their attention.
In reference to alternative methods, we like to rely on payment options that are 100% secure to protect our players and ourselves. A few of the methods listed here fall under the category of not being 100% secure. Please feel free to pass along suggestions and I can bring them to the attention of our financial department.

If anyone is having problem deposit…Here is your answer…Purchase a ALL ACCESS Pre-paid Visa Card…You can load it with what you want to play and by in…Just remember to enter in on the site as a debit card instead of a credit card…I have had no problem with this card…Also..If the casino had one of these card they could transfer your winning just by knowing the name on the account…Super fast pay-outs…

Robert,
Thanks for your suggestion. I have sent it over to our financial department for them to look into straight away. It’s always good to hear directly from the people in the “field” who are using these alternative solutions.
Thanks.

After some set-up issues, I have been able to use Eco Card successfully. The payout and holding of funds isn’t optimal, but at leat it let’s US players access. However, I do miss the ease and use of Neteller

I have went the rounds with all the different methods as well and I have found that WIRED PLASTIC when used as a credit card goes through without a problem with the new credit card processors. You can load with moneygram or western union or payzone. It is maintained by Centennial Bank so you do have a routing # like a checking account. I haven’t cashed out to it yet but - you can set up direct deposit with it and I do have that working with a few income sources. http://www.wiredplastic.com

Recently I have ran across an extremely quick and painless way to deposit at a certain casino that uses VOIP (Voice Over IP) to deposit from your credit/debit card, through a portal, to the casino you wish to deposit at. They receive the payment instantly. I believe the service was called OneLog.

I think it’s bullshit that it takes 21 days to receive a withdrawl when it takes two seconds for the casino to take your money. I think something needs to be done about that. It’s not a security issue either. It’s them getting your money faster and you not getting your money. Come on people fix this problem.

I am so fed up with ecocard, i made a deposit 2 days ago and it has no hit the account, western union charges 15-25.00 plus ecocard charges 10.00. I have emailed them, called and left messages. Contacted western union and the payment was picked up. I think I should just give up!!!! 2 frustrating, I was a loyal player for 4 years.

HELLO-
I have been playing on your VIP site as well as the All Jackpots site for a very long time.
I have made alot of large deposits very loyal and play everyday, and I come to be very fond of “some” of your customer support staff.
However, I did have a very bad exp with one of your staff on a recent phone call.
He was rude, obnoxious, and did not treat me with the respect that I deserve, not only on this site, but the respect that anyone deserves.
I closed out my account, and received an email and phone call, that I am a very valuable player, and to please consider rejoining.
Because I really do love this casino, I did rejoin, but I have to tell you if I ever get treated the way this staff member treated me, I will pull my account on the spot, and will not even consider rejoining.
I have spoke with someone higher up the ladder about this, but nothing has been done as of yet, I am still waiting for a well deserved bonus, and to have this staff member confronted, as I would not want this kind of behavior put on anyone else.
Still waiting for a response back-
Kindly
Jennifer Dannin

I too have an Eco Card account. Too confusing so I’ve not used it. They kad a 1500.00 minimum deposit requirement that I wasn’t crazy about. Lately I’ve been able to deposit using my debit card, which I don’t like doing because I always get “unusual activity alerts” from my bank. But it works. For some reason I can no longer use Click2Pay and of course even when I did win; I couldn’t withdraw through click2Pay or anybody else. I eventually had to play it all back out. 10K gone like that. lol

I have to say, that I could not agree with you in 100% regarding Very important note to US players, but it’s just my opinion, which could be wrong :)
