Big August Winners!

At opposite ends of the Commonwealth, players at All Slots and All Jackpots really hit it big on the progressive slots in August! Congratulations to Suzannah F. of Australia, who won $66,809.82 on Cash Splash 5-Reel, and Shelly M. from Canada who hit the Treasure Nile jackpot of $45,911.85. Way to go!
Mega Moolah has reached over $6,000,000 in the past, and both King Cashalot and Major Millions have been known to go over a million, so there’s some big money to be won on those games as well. I suggest you get in on the action before someone walks off with the jackpot.

All knowledgeable online casino players are familiar with progressive jackpots. These are jackpots which have pooled resources with other casinos casino’s creating a mega sized jackpot payout.

One of the largest progressive jackpots ever paid out was by a game called “The Millionair’s Club”, which paid one lucky winner $4 million!

Microgaming has a jackpot called King Cashalot which often pays out over $1 million.

If you are into progressive jackpots, be sure to play at a reputable operator who will actually pay out the money if you win and not send you through endless hoops to get paid. Nothing worse than having a million dollar payout you’ll never actually see.

Now that is an interesting question if I may say so myself..

Let’s get slots out of the way. There is absolutely NO winning system for a slot machine. It’s called luck. You might feel like there is a system and that’s ok but if someone wants to sell you some secret book of tricks, better to invest the money in the slot machine itself!

Blackjack definitely has some strategic elements to the game but since it’s a card game, there is also some element of luck.

Roulette is an interesting story. There are plenty of people out there who claim to have a system but again, you’re dealing with a massive element of luck.

I say, it’s called gambling! There should be some luck involved. What do you say?

Congratulations to Shelly M. of Canada who won a whopping $45,000 on Treasure Nile! We also want to congratulate Carole C. who won €16,741 on Jackpot Deuces. Our progressive slots are really heating up this month. I strongly encourage our players to get in on the action before they cool off.

Good luck to everyone!

So you’re new in the online casino scene and you’re not sure what game is for you? Firstly, check with the casino itself! Yes, they’ll probably have some recommendations for new players.

Second of all, research the types of slots that are available. Also, be sure to check the graphics. If you’re going to be watching the reels spinning round and round you might want to enjoy the view!

Good luck!

Firstly, I will say that if you are playing at a legitimate casino chances are that you’ll never really get scammed. Generally when there is some issue with a casino it’s related to terms and conditions of bonuses and the like.

If you haven’t gotten a satisfactory answer from the casino support team try reaching out to an casino spokesman, (like myself). Sometimes they are in a position to better understand or explain circumstances. Alternatively if they are an accredited casino, like by E-COGRA, you can turn to them for help.

My advice is always to be patient. If you’ve really got a legitimate issue these things have a habit of sorting themselves out.

The UIGEA act implementation deadline has passed and really without much fanfare. For those of you who remember Congress passed a bill a LONG time ago which put restriction on financial institutions processing money for illegal online gaming. The financial institution, aka banks, did everything they can to stop the implementation since it in effect, would cost them millions of dollars to track and stop transactions.

The original deadline was January 2010 and later pushed to June 2010. Now that the implementation has officially commenced there really haven’t been too many ripples in the US online casino world. Any casino with a half a brain has long since implemented alternative payment solutions for it’s US customers. The biggest losers here are probably the banks that were forced to comply with regulations that have zero effect. I suppose they’ll simply pass the extra costs to the US consumers!

Why do you play?

After dealing with our online casino customers for many years, I think I can break down our customers into two groups. Some people play at the casino for the thrill of the big win. They don’t care if they hit a $15 payout, or $50 payout, they are chasing the jumbo jackpots worth thousands of dollars. Generally you need a decent sized bankroll and a lot of luck if you fit into this category.

The other type of player we have are those who are chasing the small wins which add up to allow them to come out with a decent sized pot. A few $5 and $10 wins can add up to quite a lot for someone with a small bankroll.

So why do you play?

We asked one of our support agents, Leena, to tell you little bit about herself, for your reading pleasure.

How long have you been with the Jackpot Factory? “I have been a Jackpot Factory agent almost 6 months”

What are you specific responsibilities within the call center? “My responsibility in the call center is to give the best service by answering correctly all the player queries and giving him the feeling that he is always welcome to contact us anytime regarding any issue that he might have”

What’s your favorite part of the job? “My favorite part is when I finish the call knowing that I assisted the player and solved his issue and we are both satisfied”

What’s the hardest issue you’ve ever had to solve? “The hardest issue I ever had to solve at work was when I received a call from an angry VIP player who wanted to close all of his accounts because he wasn’t getting any bonuses lately.”

Do you have a pet? “I don’t have a pet but I will have a puppy soon” 
