How long have you been with the Jackpot Factory? “I have been a Jackpot Factory agent almost 6 months”
What are you specific responsibilities within the call center? “My responsibility in the call center is to give the best service by answering correctly all the player queries and giving him the feeling that he is always welcome to contact us anytime regarding any issue that he might have”
What’s your favorite part of the job? “My favorite part is when I finish the call knowing that I assisted the player and solved his issue and we are both satisfied”
What’s the hardest issue you’ve ever had to solve? “The hardest issue I ever had to solve at work was when I received a call from an angry VIP player who wanted to close all of his accounts because he wasn’t getting any bonuses lately.”
Do you have a pet? “I don’t have a pet but I will have a puppy soon”
