What are you specific responsibilities within the call center? “My responsibility in the call center is to give the best service by answering correctly all the player queries and giving him the feeling that he is always welcome to contact us anytime regarding any issue that he might have”

Did you hear the news?

Ukash vouchers are now available at Esso stations!

I’m happy to let you know that you can now buy Ukash vouchers at any Esso station, and make your deposits at the casino.

This convenient and secure purchase method is a great alternative if you’ve experienced difficulties using other banking methods.

Let’s thank the good people at Ukash for this wonderful product!

There is quite a lot of discussion in the online casino world regarding land based casinos or bricks and mortars casinos as they are commonly referred too. Do online casinos take away players from land based or do they increase? I think the online world helps land based gaming. People who might not actually take a trip to a casino might have a few spins online and then decide to visit the real world version. What do you think?

All Slots Casino extends a huge congratulations to Adrian M. from Alberta, who just won $47,912 on Break da Bank Again! Way to go Adrian! (If you’re also thinking about Rocky now please let me know!)

While we’re on the topic of new online slots such as Thunderstruck, I would love to hear from our audience about what kind of online slot would interest you? DO people want more branded games such as Hitman and Tomb Raider or more progressive style jackpots like Major Millions and Treasure Nile? This is a chance for you the audience to sound off, so make your voices heard!

We asked for some feedback on this new game and boy did we get an earful. The overwhelming majority of people absolutely loved this new game!

“I think this game is one of the best games i have played for a long time. The wild storm is so exciting. I like how you progress through the levels of free spins”

“Graphics I gave it top marks”

“This is a pretty awesome game I didn’t know you could win in just about every spin and I enjoy playing this slot game more cause I was always playing loaded. Very excellent game I tell you. Thanks!”

Can’t ask for better feedback than that for an online slot! Be sure to check out Thunderstruck today.

World Cup Mania!

While we are an online casino, we can’t ignore all the excitement about the World Cup! What country are you supporting? Are you watching or are you playing at an online casino while your spouse is watching?!

Ukash in Canada

“Where exactly can I get this stuff?” asked John C. of Toronto. Well John Ukash is available at your friendly neighborhood ESSO gas station. That’s not a commonly known fact which is why I wanted to share it with you all. Online gaming in Canada has never been simpler!

I promise, that after this post the more traditional online casino information posts will resume but as you can see I was really impressed with this event!

The major issue discussed regarding online casinos and the US was the State vs. Federal argument. Will online gaming be legislated Intrastate or Interstate. It seems like most lobbyists are pushing for the states to set up their own bill a and hope that the feds will end up approving each state separately and will allow cross state gaming within the states that have been approved.

I guess the question on hand is little vs. big government.

What do you say about this?

More From GIGSE..

You know what I love most about GIGSE? Never ending list of stuff to write about in the online casino world!

What was really interesting about the GIGSE conference was the list of people who actually attended. Traditional online casino operators and marketers were noticeably outnumbers by lawyers, bankers, tribal representatives and land based casino managers. This makes me think that they are all taking online casino gaming quite seriously.
