Although I am not officially supposed to announce this yet I just can’t contain myself! Right before the weekend I was notified by the management of the Jackpot Factory Casino Group that I would be getting an upgrade to my position. Starting this week I am going to become the Vice President of Player Affairs!

So what exactly does this mean?  A large part of my job as the spokesman has been dealing with individual issues that players bring up either with support or casino management. I have always been a believer in doing everything and anything to help the customer.  Well  it was finally decided this would become an official position with the organization. I’ll still be involved on the PR side and retain the title of spokesman but I will concentrate a lot of my efforts on helping provide the best all around player experience any casino has to offer.

If you have specific issues you’d like me to look into or think are important please bring them up!  The official announcement will come in a few days….

    KUDOS on the staff at Jackpot factory for finally realizing your magnificent potential and creating this position. It shows that the Jackpot factory group realized that there is a concern with their vip’s and the structure of rewards that needed to be attended to and you are JUST the man for the job~
