David Brickman here – otherwise known as the Jackpot Factory spokesperson.
Let me start off with why I feel there is a need for this blog? With more and more blogs popping up everyday, so you’re probably saying, “Why does David need one?”
After working at the Jackpot Factory for nearly 5 years, I thought it was time to share some of my thoughts and even some casino secrets with the general population!
You’re going to hear straight for the horse’s mouth about all our latest promotions, the hottest slots that have been paying out, and just what does go on in the minds of casino management.
Most importantly, I’d like this to be a blog for the people. So… if you have questions, thoughts, comments and suggestions please don’t be shy. Feel free to ask anything and everything! Needless to say management reserves the right to edit or not post certain comments but… I will do my best to let the democratic process win out.

what happens on the fifth wheel…you get to interact with casino management, and get some inside info on how to get the most outta yah gaming dollar. On the fifth wheel, you haul cars, or just about whatever will attach to your bed of your truck, anyways, id say the fifth wheel, shows me that some casinos actually have staff that are committed to being fair, and committed to customer awareness aswell as satisfaction. Not only do we get a few tips tricks hints on what to use where to use it and what may be a good choice of games to play, we also get to interact with each others as players which i think isa must for all casinos, because player interaction during games would be awesome, and it would also be nice to know how many peeps are actually playing in the casino, what games they are playing and what they are drinking (chat), oh and also who won and what they win on and with. I think this integration would be a key in making these casinos, as fair as can be, cuz now alot of use use the forums for casino gambling, but why not use the casino as a spot to meet people. It maybe a little weird but atleast with this blog and a few other casinos have let customers interact, but i think the big groups should also allow users to see and be able to add their two sense in how an issue is handled, directly with players and staff of a single casino, and not in a forum, where most hate to hate. Anyways i think this blog is great, a step in the right direction, a step up in my book for jackpot factory and its group of casinos..

I have really missed playing at the VIP lounge and wildjack the depositing methods just are not working for me. I have been a loyal player for years. I just hope they can come up with better banking. Also what is this reward for visiting your blog and how do we get it?

I use the Netspend pre-paid debit card to deposit and never have a problem. You can load it at various retail locations located near you. It costs $9.95 a month or you can pay as you go, which is what I do. Pay as you go costs $2.00 to load any amount on your card and $1.00 for each transaction. Once you load it, it takes 30 minutes or less to show up on your card. I use it under the debit card payment option in the casino banking section and it is credited instantly.
