I am overwhelmed by the number of people who have posted comments on the blog. This has been a very exciting week for me. It’s especially sweet because I had to twist some arms to actually get this project off the ground. I kept telling the casino manager, “Let’s hear comments straight from our players. They’re the ones playing and they know what they’re talking about.”
This blog is about the players and the Jackpot Factory community. I have to be honest and say that when my manager gave the green light, she said if players aren’t writing back, we’re going to scrap this project. Well, I’m happy to say, you proved her wrong! The blog is staying and I’ll be happy to hear from you if you happen to have a topic that you’d like me to discuss. I can’t promise to respond to everything, but I will take everyone’s suggestions under advisement.

I absolutely love the new tournaments that you guys have provided. the only thing that would make them even better is to have a chat area so that we could egg each other on in the tourneys! it would be a really nice twist to get to know some of the other players!

I have to say that I was very surprised by the excellent customer service. I e-mailed support from the casino, I was having a very unlucky week. I asked if there was any bonus I might qualify for and low and behold I received an e-mail, stating that my account was credited with a bonus. What a spirit lifter.

I miss Jackpot factory slots! My bank has blocked me from using “Use my Bank” email money orders and I have no credit cards. I used to play quite often and even received a jackpot factory gold card in the mail. I can’t fund my account now and am very sad about this.
My bank actually wrote me a letter reminding me that I had broken my agreement with them no to reveal banking details as “use my bank” required this.
I sure hope you can arrange new ways of funding through my bank account as I miss my leisure time on the computer on the slots machines. You are a great casino and the customer service is 5 star quality~!

Hi jackpotfactory. account alljackpots casino is VajrXXXXXX. I received an email telling me that I would get rewarded visiting this blog. And so I did, read it all and cannot seem to find anything about getting a reward for finding the 5th weel on google. Is this a trick just to get your players googling for the 5th weel, so you can climb the google ladder? if this is the case I dont think its ok at all! :o(. if íts not a scam then tell me please on how to get you to know my casino account number to credit the free chip for searching as you said. thank you very much for taking time and listen to my oppinion.

I used click 2 pay and they wouldnt cash out anything under 1500.00 dollars there has to be a better way to get a payout!

If anyone is in doubt as to whether or not a casino will go above and beyond to get a player their payout, look no further! Due to MY bank having their “issues”, the casino worked long and hard hours to make sure that an issue involving over 52,000.00 USD payout was resolved. Bonuses, Bonuses, Bonuses! This is what draws our attention and allows to bet BIG at online casinos. I love your slots, but not your lack in rewarding your faithful. I even have your Jackpot Factory Gold Card and I am still looking for the great bonuses it promises. If anyone who has some pull in your organization is reading this, at least address our concerns. I really enjoy playing on the VIP casino but one thing that does bug me is that I cannot withdraw funds to my debit card when I make a payment from this - I have to send it to my Neteller account and then transfer to my bank which takes an age - can something be done so that withdrawals can be made to debit cards?

I think the “reward” the casino homepages are referring to is the information we are sending and receiving and getting to know the behind the scenes goings on at jackpot factory, which i think is pretty cool, cause we know we are dealing with real people not just computer software.and our complaints and our praise can be voiced as well. take care all and for those of you waiting cause you can’t make deposits, the only credit card i can get to go through ever is a greendot prepaid visa.

I agree with Sandy, although my account is with allJackpots. Jackpot factory casinos ARE the best! I am also wondering about that reward? Although I must say, that being able to talk directly to someone in the casino, is rewarding in itself!!

Hey Jana,
When you post your blog, you have to give your e-mail address. The Jackpot factory can find your account numbers from there. I don’t think it is very likely that the JF would commit a scam such as you described. I really think they are alot more above-board than that!!

I’m happy for the blog. I requested some time ago that JF create a forum where other players could communicate. Kate thanked me for the suggestion (as she always does), but that was the end of it. So, I’m glad they gave you the “go ahead”.
One other thing I think JF should look into is consolidating our Loyalty Points across the various casinos. With the points consolidated under one JF umbrella account giving players the ability to use the points at any JF casino adds a lot of value! It works real well with one of my other favorite casino sites and would really like to see JF do the same.

I have been with you for some years now, and have always injoyed my relaxing time playing at ur casino’s….I have to admit, still a little upset about all loosing most of our banking methods, such as neteller/firepay. But by adding a few other methods,this has let me continue to play. I really was touched with the wonderful Bday gifts Kate sends. The bonuses are a little harder for me to get, cause seems like they all require a deposit of 100.00 or more (at one time)..

isn’t that what the casino news page is for I still love the Jackpot factory sites but that sure is horrible advertising to put up in the casino news that players that come here will be rewarded and then tell those players your reward is your here at this page reading that this page is the reward thats kinda a bum deal dont u think thats like me saying go on this treasure hunt to find this treasure thats hidden and then once you find the big x that is supposed to mark the spot saying thats the treasure you found it a big x on the ground lol! But Ill still keep checking out the blog anyways but really marketing should find betterways to advertise this kinda stuff instead of misleading players but thats just in my own personal opinion so….

I dont know if you are affiliated with the fortune lounge at all but i am currently in a major dispute with them.
I signed up to play at one of there sites and deposited 200 dollars through my ecocard account. I was up to approximately 3000 dollars when all of a sudden i got a message saying there had been a problem and i had to log out.
When i went to get back in it told me that i was locked out. I emailed them and asked them what was up. I mean i won 25,000.00 from them in Janurary and now this.
They responded and said that sorry about your luck but security is not allowing you to sign in/
I do not think this is fair. If i was barred from a site. My IP address is logged on right away. Why let me download, i feel that i should be reimbursed at the very least the 200 dollars that i sent through my ecocard account.
If anyone here agrees with me please send fortunelounge.com an email and let them know.

Karen: We aren’t related to the Fortune Group so there isn’t much I can do to help you. All I can say is make sure you play with a reputable group you can trust.
Donna: I can’t give too much away at this point (because I don’t know much) but I have heard rumors that Mircogaming is working on a new loyalty system which will allow us much more flexibility. Hopefully the Jackpot Factory group will be able to beta this product and I can unveil it to first to my loyal bloggers!
